But only if you understand their limitations.

1) Programs using an AI evaluator instead of an MCTS evaluator should never be used for even games. You shpould set the program playing level much stronger than you are and then take the appropriate (not quite enough) handicap. Otherwise you are likely to learn bad habits.

2) This is less of a problem with levels using a MCTS algorithm but you should at least note that the program is likely to play a "loose" style. Won't help you learn to play against those humans whose style is "tight" (territorial).
