After being fascinated by the visual aesthetics of Go (and how it reminded me of cellular automata), I finally decided to read a bit more about the game and its history. After watching some Youtube videos and lurking on this forum, I installed Gobandroid on my tablet and started playing some games vs the AI (GNU Go) while commuting for work.
Little did I know that these casual games would eventually lead me to watch more and more YouTube tutorials, browse for hours the Sensei's Library, lurk even more on this forum, and finally buy a Go set for xmas
I am not in a hurry to make some progress and have a quite heavy schedule already, but making an account here feels like the natural next step for me and my growing relationship with this game.
