Hidden Section:
OK, so I'll chat a bit before the game, mostly because I see that in other malkovich games. I tend to play slow moves, then usually end up feeling behind then try to start a ridiculous fight or invasion to catch up. Not a great playing style, but we all need one, right?

I also dislike star point joseki because I know very few so I end up doing the same thing over and over. I find 3-4 a lot more fun. But this is handicap, we didn't discuss free placement, so I'll go with this and see what happens.

So now we just start playing, and we leave hidden comments for each move, and we promise not to read anything hidden (from our opponent or from commentators) until the end of the game, right?

It seems the easiest thing to do to continue the game is to press the "quote" button to get your latest board. But then I see your hidden text!!! (HAHAHA so I know you think I'm as strong at reading as you). So I guess we need to quote our own prior move, and enter both your last move and my new move to make a new entry? Or is there a better way?

Gaaah! He plays a star point! I would have liked to start with an approach move, leaving the last corner empty, but that would risk an all-star-point game, which drives me nuts. So I'll take the 3-4 in the last empty corner. 3-4 isn't unusual or anything, but at least there are a bunch of different options no matter what path things take.

it is usually better to play non common approach that uses moyo when playing against weaker players with handycap. Because they are usually better at joseki than i am
