(;W[np]WL[711.514]C[This or the tigers mouth are fine.]
;B[qn]BL[850.881]C[The thing I don't like about white's joseki choice here is that this move make the right side small.

;B[cj]BL[847.218]C[This felt very small / slow to me - I decided to appraoch the corner. I don't feel he has a good way to get back in this game if my bottom is secure and his only secure territory are the three corners.

This seems fine. Black can consider a cap at K5 as a probe or reduction, but probably needs to defend the corner first.]
;B[cn]BL[827.962]
;W[qj]WL[610.57]C[I might play one line closer to the top, so that you have a nice 2-space extension down the side later, and black can't invade as well.

;B[qh]BL[818.52]
;W[pf]WL[524.806]C[I struggled with this move for a long time. between jumping to P11 or P10 or Q or R14

---
I don't like this move. It does put pressure on R12, but it does very little for the top side, which is still wide open.

White could have just made a corner enclosure, making immediate territory. The jump to P10 seems fine too. I think it's a bit too slow to play, but I also considered R8, solidifying white's stone and asking black what he wants to do. I think, though, black would just ruin the top side and come back to use the aji of R12 later.]

---
On one level, this net is quite good: it captures fairly cleanly. On another, I can't help but wonder if black's two stones, left alone, would actually help white if he tried to move them. I'm thinking a white move like H16 instead. There is some danger here for the white stones on the left, but not too much, I think, as black would be much weaker.]
