As the title suggests i'm interested in his style of play especially before he changed it. I could go over random games of his in the 90s on go4go but if anyone could point some of his games that showcase his style i'd be grateful.

Gu Li is dead to me, so Nie Weiping has become the best.

Yeah, Malwarebytes blocked the link(s) for me. The site probably has been hijacked.

Did you see that some of the games are marked by a star, which means that they "provide a place to start for those unfamiliar with the professional" ?

Is Takemiya still popular with newer players?

He was very popular with new and kyu/low-dan players during the 90s-00s. But as we get farther away from his tournament successes I'm not sure how much of a drop there's been with his popularity. His continued appearances at western go conferences keep him at a minimum level of topical conversation.

Also, for any newer players recently interested in Lee Changho, may I ask what attracted you to him and his play style?

I think he is one of the more well known pros to players who don't follow the professional scene to closely and he has a style that is pretty easy to recognize.
