Post subject:  GoChild Appreciation

I have to thank my 3 year old twins for getting me back into Go (egads, first time those words were ever put together, no?)

They loved "reading" my go books, don't ask me why. I suppose they seemed special, were of a nice toddler size and were full of pictures. One of my daughters can even say "Toshiro Kageyama" when looking at my now dog-eared copy of "Fundamentals." Well it convinced me to get back into studying and playing. But I wanted to take them along with me this time .. so I began looking for tools to begin teaching them.

Digging back into Go after a year or two, I stumbled on GoChild and thought my daughters would love it. Sure enough, I showed one of them the first liberty problem, and she was off. She got to the problem 35 before we told her it was time for bed. She cries "Daddy I filled in the liberties!" upon solving each one.

My thanks to its creator for making a child accessible entrance to the world of Go for kids!
