The AGA has entered into a new partnership with Tygem regarding giving exclusive rights to broadcast the upcoming U.S. professional qualifiers tournament each year. Additionally, the agreement states that the AGA will exclusively promote Tygem to it's North American audience, having full rights to use their logo, links to website, and so forth. Now that the AGA is behind Tygem in one of the AGA's most important projects ever, how do you think this will affect other Go servers in the coming years? P.S. Tygem has recently released their English client version and website, and can likely be expected to continually improve this service over the coming years. |

Isn't Tygem Windows only? (or wine and linux: I've heard some people saying that wine is butthurt on a Mac). |

Tygem does appear to be windows only. KGS is still a big partner for broadcasting congress games (us open, NAMT, others). IGS was also recently used for the Ing Cup qualifiers and congress pair go championships and will prolly be used for other things if Pandanet gives the AGA moneys. |
