I heard from a Korean friend that Lee Sedol is opening a new site for international players, but she didn't know the URL. Can anyone confirm that this is true? I've searched but haven't found any information so far.

Maybe here? This is the website of Lee Sedol 9p's go school. There is "English" link at upper right, which seems to be in a renewal.
