I had a match with someone. Can you explain it to me? Cause the game is a big mess, I dont even know what was going on.

I am obviously the one playing bad, in other words black. Im guessing my opponent quit do to my blowing it to hard lol.



The game was a 15x15 match, had no idea how to make the board appear so on this site though.

yeah, the eidogo plugin doesn't support 15x15 board sizes.

after the exchange, you played away risking losing your two marked stones in the corner, and and doesn't seem to help your shape here. After , black can certainly no longer survive in the corner or escape

the wedge, can be a trick play to gain some ground elsewhere. You see its already at a disadvantage with only two liberties in between two stones with 3 liberties each. But after , you played away (with a move with no meaning -- doesn't defend anything, doesn't attack anything).

? The first line, is known as "the line of death". this move doesn't help you at all. it doesn't build any territory, it doesn't defend anything, it doesn't attack anything.

from here, white merely solidifies the entire right side. nothing you can do will live there.
In the end, white "owns" more than 3/4 of the board.

My advice to you is to focus on connecting your stones together, and secondary to that disconnecting your opponent's stones. The other thing to remember is that your opponent gets to play a move after your move, so if your move is not useful if the opponent answers it then don't play it. A good example of this would be move 55 (it's already pretty hopeless for you at this point, but it makes a nice example). What was your plan with this move? If it was to connect the k17 to the k14 stone (in original game player coordinates) that is a good plan, connecting your stones. However, there is a problem, after you play k16 it is your opponent's move, and he plays the natural k15 to prevent you connecting. Did this move take you by surprise, or had you see it and hoped your opponent hadn't? That's not a good approach to playing Go; you should try to find moves that are good even if your opponent plays good moves too. And for that paying attention to connection is key at this stage.
