Very interesting to watch. Thanks for posting.

The ratings really jumped up. Has the strength of the top pros really increased that much or are we experiencing grade inflation? Cho was top in 1987 with a rating which was over 200 points below the 10th place in 2016 and about 250 points below the current top.

Thanks! That's a really neat video. It puts the level of dominance by some of the players into perspective. (Lee Chang-ho!) It's also fun to see eras where two players vying for the top position seemed to push one another to reach new heights.

Can I ask macelee how this video has the rating before 1980, even your collaboration site goratings.org doesn't have it.
