Neither book has been published by David Carlton; he simply reviewed both. The first edition was published by Ishi Press and the second by Kiseido, a successor firm to Ishi. Best wishes. |

Richard Bozulich compiled and edited them both. Since he is still active in go publication you may try sending him an e-mail with your inquiry. |
