Windows/OSX/Linux = Yes
android = Yes
IOS = hell no

chrome web store = ?????

With all these chrome laptops coming out, thanks Google I/O, will KGS be compatible to port to that system?

My quick googling suggests that, whilst Chrome OS may not support java out of the box, it is unlikely to be difficult to install it - possibly as simple as adding a repository and installing from there (if you don't know what that means, it's linux-speak for 'easy' ;) ). So KGS should hopefully work fine with minimal effort.

I could be wrong, though. There is some somewhat conflicting information available, and it isn't clear what is the most recent.

Since some google applications apparently use java, I think it unlikely that they will ignore it altogether.

I thought that the Chrome OS wasn't going to do ordinary non-browser apps (their FAQs and such keep saying they don't do traditional software). That doesn't mean that you couldn't have Java as a preinstalled or optional plug-in for use on the web, but could you really just start installing things from a repository?

KGS on iOS - hell yes (!) via AlwaysOnPc, I'm using it every day on my iPad&iPhone and it is just a Linux based VNC client/server solution. I don't even need a PC right now - all is in the cloud.

Some of the stuff I read suggested that they'd based it closely enough on a stock linux build that you could do so. Others suggested they hadn't, but that you could probably compile it yourself. Others suggested other things.

Which isn't very helpful, but it doesn't seem like a lost cause.

I have no plans on doing a chrome-specific client. I wouldn't be surprised if at some point Google merged Chrome and Android, letting Android apps run on Chrome, but we'll see.
