The promotion system on Tygem is wierd, even thought I lost this game I was still promoted to 13k.

Anyway here is a game I played today (I'm White), I guess I played a bit strange but I'm not too sure what I did wrong.
After :b75: I knew that I can't win anymore and I also didn't know how to answer this.

Where are did I go wrong?

i ll give it a shot but not stronger than you so .....
:w18: : to me this make sense if you have someting arund R10 to buils a sort of moyo. here its too open on the right to generate profit i think.
maybe a loose pincer that would developp your G17 stone , say around K17/k16/L16 ?
or those funny korean josekis were you frist extend on the side then prevent B extensino on the top instead of protecting the corner ?

:w24: i think the common wisdom when B choose the long knight extension from the 4-4 is to play the san-sans invasion instead of D18 but here maybe it would hurt G 17 too much. maybe K 17 now ? those B stones are still eyeless
:w36: maybe connect at G18 instead ? if B C17 -W C 18-BC16 -WB18 you are alive in the corner AND your are out instead of a floating group. This floating caused you the game i think as he was pursued

:b57: is painful but how to avoid it ? maybe :w52:@S10 followed by atari atG10 if he hane ? not sure.

Then on the following seqeunce he draws a big moyo on the bottom.
i think improvments must be in this part of the game.

:w72: maybe to shy considering that B J8 is big. maybe H8 instead ?
:b75: i do not feel its quite resign time yet but what do i know ?
:w82: smaller than Q 10 i believe --but you did kill his corner in the end BUT it was a gift from B: simply b152 @R19 and black is alive
:w87:- :w91: pushing from behind while you are safe(ish) and the B stone are attackable. maybe :w87:@O7 to threaten to separate ? at least it would create a fight with possibilities of upturn. maybe O7 is not the good move but at least pushing like you did feels submissive

I think w140 @ T17 kills the corner without the ko allowing you to save the N13 group (which cost you about the winning margin).
Also leaves you a little stronger for reducing blacks centre territory (and squeezing the win).

(disclaimer: i'm a bit weaker than you, so may be missing something)

that's right w140 @ T17 kills but the "normal result" (i think) is seki after B139@T17 W140@T19

I don't really see a seki there, since my group is most likely alive.

That's not a seki. That's bent four in the corner and dead.
