I'm posting another game here because it was a game where I messed up some things in the beginning (I REALLY need to learn some early-game-related stuff :D ) and made mistakes throughout the game. I was far behind at some stages, until I caught up in the endgame. I probably still would've lost if my opponent wouldn't have made a dumb mistake (W192).
I'm making progress and I'm getting better steadily, so I hope another review will contribute to that progress. I added some comments myself, but only at some keypoints. I was black:

Here you go, I've commented the earlier part of your game. I didn't have time for the whole thing. Let me know if you have any questions.

7&9: These moves are inconsistent. Neither one is wrong, but they appear to be part of separate incompatible strategies.
He is slowly attacking your stone at F3. You can defend it or let him have it. Both may be reasonable strategies. Move 7 at J4 appears to start forming a group with F3. But then, as he puts more pressure on F3, move 9 just ignores move 7 and tenukis. To be consistent, I'd play 9 at F4.

11: This is getting heavy without a trace of eye shape. Maybe you start making eye shape with J2 if you really want to live there, or attack him with K3, or with N3.

17: This looks good for you. He had played 6 stones over in the lower left, and has gotten maybe 10 points for it. He is terribly overconcentrated.
Note how N3 works with R9.

19: Yes! As the proverb says, make territory while attacking.

23: Good move. G4 does almost nothing for you.

29: It is ok to abandon a good plan when the opponent offers you a better one. :)

It is lunchtime here...more later...

Hi Joaz, what do you mean when you say 7 and 9 are inconsistent? 7 could stand to be a point to the right, but I don't consider it totally inconsistent with 9.

I don't mean to sound sarcastic or confrontational, but I have no idea how to answer this. My previous post seems rather clear. I may be wrong, but I am not inarticulate.
It seems that we may be agreeing that 7 is misplaced.

Well I hope I didn't sound confrontational. :) You may be right, I just was curious what your thought process was. EDIT: I just reread your original post. The first time I read it, I somehow missed that your further analysis was the explanation. Actually, I have seen professionals play something similar to the 7-9 sequence many times. Playing 9 at F4 seems overconcentrated. I think the sequence of 7 and 9 is more about a moyo strategy than it is about defending F3.

Here's a game that illustrates what I was thinking of, it's a slightly different move order but I think it follows the same principle:

Thanks so far :D seems like I'm still missing rather obvious moves. Well, I'm still a kyu :D My goal is to make it to 1 dan by the end of this year.. Let's see if I can do that ;)
