At first thought this seems true, for we might well assume that more mistakes are made in a game that we lost than in a game that we won. But the really persistent mistakes are those that work against our peers, so we tend to repeat them and let them get reinforced. As Mark Twain said, “It ain't what you don't know that gets you into trouble. It's what you know for sure that just ain't so."
To the OP: You played a Chinese, which requires that you be prepared to attack swiftly if white invades your formation. White did invade, and you made several slightly weak and passive moves - and one huge tenuki - when decisive attacking moves were required. Nonetheless you recovered your sense of direction and fought rather well. By the time you began running with your center group it was a really desperate operation and you probably should have died. But you outfought your opponent and eventually killed something.
Your attacking skills are very good for your rank, and in hand-to-hand infighting you do well. But those skills are being undermined by a rather casual fuseki. Try to watch things like who has eyeshape, and aji, and connectons. Then you will go into the fights with an even chance and kill a lot of groups.
