Nice review.
My own thoughts on the game (and on some of your comments):
23: Right, black's move was too slow.
24: Invading at 3-3 seems better to me.
46: I think white wants to push at D8 first, to give black more cutting points.
53: Up to this point, the game seems fine for black. Although white got sente, white lived only very small, and black got immense thickness.
55: The thickness of the wall so close by should enable black to kill this invasion (yes, the 3-3 invasion can be killed if there is enough support around). Black should block at D3, but if white pushes at C4, the power of the wall should allow black to play the extremely aggressive B5, keeping white from getting enough eyespace at all.
I haven't read any of these lines carefully, but I think in that line, black may want to descend at D2 first, since white didn't take it and the wall should keep white from escaping above.
63: Seems too timid, black could better invade. Q11 has no base yet, so if black pincers and attacks, he can destroy white's right side (Attacking this way can also make black's earlier move at P14 start to give some value). Locally, black should also go one space further and play the shoulder hit at M4 instead of L4.
65: Now that white has solidified the right side a little, I think this is not bad. It's at the boundary of two medium-sized frameworks, and is at least consistent with 63.
77: Good.
78: Connecting seems a little heavy to me. Maybe white can play M9? If black stubbornly follows his peep through and cuts, white can squeeze and then jump towards the top.
87: Not good. Black should defend with Q9, which threatens to cut white's three stones off.
88: Good, take advantage of black's mistake in sente.
97: Very slow and submissive.
100: I agree, the crosscut is not good.
115: Black should just capture. This leaves the clamp at B2 or the hane at C1 as followups.
119: Way too small. Instead, the hane and connect at Q18 is huge, because it's nearly sente (it leaves the clamp at O18 as a massive followup). O3 is also enormous right now, and C18 pretty big too.
122: Huge.
134: Giving up the 3 stones and connecting at E18 is larger, I think.
