Hi everyone, I guess I'm here now too. Thought about changing my handle, but I guess folks wouldn't recognise me. This place looks nice, feels more modern than godiscussions did. I hope we can all settle down nicely (presumably here) and things may return to normal. Darn upsets. About me - I'm a KGS 5 kyu (though I can taste the 4 kyu) on a bit of a mission to get to (KGS) 1 dan. People've described me as a violent go player, and I like using odd opening moves. I live in wHam!lton, Aoteroa (NI New Zealand). In real life I'm a 22 year old biology student named Jake. I've recently read (and struggled a bit with) Kato Masao's Attack and Kill, enjoyed Kageyama's Lessons on the Fundamentals of Go, and now I'm bemusedly leafing through Kajiwara's The Direction of Play. See y'all round the forum. |
