Hi everybody, Is there anybody who could please show me how to code a PayPal button to sell a special (i.e., secret) link to a downloadable file? I want to put it on my Wordpress site, and I have tried using the code from Merchant Services in PayPal, but it just shows the source code in the webpage - not the button. Basically, I would like to automate the process of selling my songs online, but while I can write music, I can`t write code! My goal is that the user pays his or her 99 cents by PayPal, and they are automatically shown where to get their music. Thanks in advance! x Tami x |

As I recall, Jordus coded ours. PM him for details. |

Thanks a lot for your responses! In the end, I decided to go with Bandcamp. I had feared it would be just like certain other sites that have complicated rules and painfully frustrating interfaces, but I am bowled over by its cleanness and ease of use. You can hear my two current releases in glorious lossless form on http://www.tammyjones.bandcamp.com (I am very happy that I got the web address in my name, too, because it`s not exactly a rare and unusual one that goes unsnapped up for very long). Now that I have published my address, I will assume anybody who is interested in my music will know where to find it. No spamming from me! Go and enjoy the music, and go! |
