Well, the claim that Go has is that it's the oldest game still played in its original form, or at least only a minor deviation. Even the Egyptian game Senet predates Go, but we have no idea how it's played other than that it's some sort of racing game. |

It would be amazing, and very cool, if they could somehow reconstruct the rules of that game. Doubt it's possible though. |
