If I understood well, one shall first know all the techniques and recognize wether they solve the tsumego or not right?

I got them through a friend in China.
There's a shop selling them in Holland but they were too expensive compared to the chinese price(10 times).

If you know a chinese speaker you can order them easily but be careful with sellers.
