Re: Help with Books, Articles or Videos on Modern Josekis
Go Pro Yeonwoo probably has a video on these patterns, I'll have a look. But I do keep myself more or less up to date with her videos, and I don't remember anything very focused on them, or at least not extra thorough.
I'm investigating if one of Shibano's recent books features some of this content ...

Re: Shibano's lucidity
Is there a more thorough index than the one on Kiseido's website? If not, I really recommend it to be included, it's the #1 tool a prospective buyer uses to know if it will be useful, in my opinion.

Help with Books, Articles or Videos on Modern Josekis
After some 3 years mostly away from Go, I'm only now coming back to being more active, and now I'm also teaching others regularly. I don't feel like I am any weaker from this whole time away but I do feel very outdated when it comes to many of the current josekis, specially the flying daggers joseki ...

Re: Open-source Translation of How to Play Go by Kiseido
I'll later update the build.sh info but the TLDR version is that I stopped using it because my Artix setup went away ever since one of my RAMs stopped working. I had to rebuild things here and I've been using Windows and VS Code ever since. VS Code's LaTeX extension pretty much does everything you ...

Yes, the translation is to Portuguese, more specifically Brazilian Portuguese.

Open-source Translation of How to Play Go by Kiseido
I've finished the translation of How to Play Go - A Concise Introduction , by Richard Bozulich and James Davies, with Kiseido's permission. The whole project has been done with LaTeX and GoWrite2, and you're invited to use it as a template or reference, if you wish, here it is: https://github.com ...

Re: Sunjang Game Records and What Happens with Sekis
Last year, I was at a class from a Chinese professor and professional player at Myongji University and he gave his students a lesson on Sunjang Baduk. I couldn't understand almost anything since I don't know Chinese, but I had made a Chinese Pro friend and he would translate things to me sometimes ...

I did not! :[]. My bad. Thanks again.
For ease, I've transcribed the first game mentioned:

Thanks for citing a game! But what are the names of the websites you mentioned?

Re: Sunjang Game Records and What Happens with Sekis
Thanks for the reply, I'm also a fan of your work.
I think the GoGoD database is really cool, but I wish there were prices for different packages, instead of the whole thing. I might end up buying it anyway (even though I'm not really playing Go since the beginning of this year), but I would rather ...

Sunjang Game Records and What Happens with Sekis
Hi, I've been trying to find Sunjang Baduk game records for a while now, but with little to no success. Even when I was in Korea it was difficult, the players I talked to didn't seem interested in that era for some reason.

Re: Announcing GoReviewPartner - v0.12
Thank you for the help, I was trying to do the things you described, but kinda wrongly.
The first issue was more obvious, the Python version, I had a 3.X one, after installing the 2.7.13 one, everything worked fine. The second issue (which was actually prior to that) was that I would hit a 404 page ...

Re: Announcing GoReviewPartner - v0.12
First of all, congrats on creating such a powerful tool, all the more by doing it basically alone. That's genius to me.
Secondly, can anybody help me make it work? I don't understand much about python so I don't know what's going wrong. I have installed python (twice), but everytime I try to run ...
