playing on Tygem also, i think scoring is an automatic feature and just needs you to validate.
Maybe your opponent was not happy about the scoring.
Some players can do this on purpose to make you lose by time...

Ah yes, normally the bot's profile picture represents a robot,
but it is a long time i haven't seen any robot playing on tygem (i have played just once a robot before ^^)

There is few information on tygem's how to play guide:
i suppose "lite" and "plus" are priced services,
but not accessible with english client.
There is also a manner badge than you can receive after a game when
your opponent is satisfied with your manners.
I think the more you receive these badges ...

does anyone know how to put a manner badge at the end of a game?

When i receive a manner badge, i am confused not to be able to put one to my opponent.

It is a rather recent feature, so maybe it doesn't exist on the english client?
