Eh, I mean, it's a luxury idea. The option would be a button on the end game pop up window, maybe? That's what I imagine. Just thought it was an interesting idea.

Why are escapers allowed to play other games...
if the escaped game is still open? Is it possible to make it so that if the game is still up, they can't start another game? I don't see how this would interfere with people with bad connections and it would make it harder for real escapers to play games. And there are ways to deal with people who ...

Making it more streamline is the idea. It's not something that has to be done, just an idea that could be an improvement.

interesting idea for win by time by kgs user norsu
norsu had the interesting idea that if a win by time is awarded, the players are given the option to continue the game as free. It's a very interesting novelty. I was just wondering what all of you thought about it.

in light of recent developments and extreme fear of sandbagging, i'd like to change my entry to 1d, since that is what my current kgs rank has become, although it just happened, but again, extreme fear of sandbagging.

teracotta = 1k my teacher who i recently started taking lessons from says my play is sharper than his other 1k students, but i lose a lot to 1k and 1d, so i believe that the current rank of 1k is correct

try taking a lesson with a stronger player, they can point out what you're weak at and you can work on it. the fun part in that is finding out why you were weak at it, and improving.

I've met someone who "escaped" games at our club (I dubbed him an "IRL escaper"). We played a few games in which he got up and left or started doing other things without saying a word--at first I just assumed he had to use the restroom or something, but that wasn't the case.

I am unfortunate enough to know one of these people in real life. He is a member of the go club i attend at university and...he's not the most pleasant person. The sad part is, that it carries over into real life. We went to a tournament and he was getting sandbagged, which is common around his ...
