Where is Kiseido shipping from? I ordered a hardcover Invincible, and got an email saying it was shipped surface mail. I guess it was sent from Japan? That would take a long time... |

Some things do ship from Japan. I've ordered several books from Kiseido, and none have taken more than about two weeks to deliver (and usually they are delivered more quickly). You can always email them and ask. |

Surface mail from the USA to Europe or vice versa takes between 2 and 85 days, by experience of ca. 500+ letters...! Ca. some 6 weeks (4 to 8) is to be expected. |

I'm near Vancouver, and most of the items I've ordered from Kiseido (including Invincible) are shipped from Japan and take about 12-18 days to arrive. |

Yay my book came today, exactly a week. It was sent from California domestic mail. Surface mail made me think it was sent from Japan. |

For one more data point, my order from Kiseido took 6 days from Japan to Colorado. |
