The World Baduk web site has a page showing WBaduk instructors. To view it, go
to http://www.wbaduk.com and click on the WBaduk tab in the blue area at the
top of the page. Some of the instructors listed there are familiar to us, but
I had never heard of "baromi-Kim, 7D" who is listed as the instructor for the UK,
where I live. I googled "kim baromi baduk" in the Latin alphabet and also
in Hangul. The most likely find is the co-author of a paper about an increase
in the IQ of children who had been taught to play the game. (I am sceptical, but
that is another matter.)

It is obviously a challenging task for a young person (apparently female in this case)
to go half-way round the world to try to teach Go to a mostly unreceptive nation,
so one can readily understand if things did not work out as planned. Anyone know more?

On a happier note, the instructor for Germany is listed as Yoon Young-sun, 8P. For those
who don't know already, there is a EuroGoTV video in which she entertainingly comments on a game
between Robert Jasiek 5d and Bernd Schuetze 4d.
See http://eurogotv.com/index.php?menu=Video&log=speelaf&id=2655402.
The review of their game begins just after 60 minutes into the video.
The commentary is in German, but her German was simple and clear enough for me to
understand most of it. Annoying advertisements have been added since I first watched
that video.

I guess my memory isn't as bad as I thought :D - I seemed to remember Baromi Kim from the Gotalk mailing list (BGA mailing list) back in June 2012 as it turns out.

and on the BGA site it shows that her partner was David Crabtree
