This suggests itself to us as a candidate for the largest single seki but I’m sure someone will start trawling the databases to find a bigger one. Have fun! It was played in the 3rd Kukgi final, game 2 in 1978. |

Mark, this seki involves 16 white stones and 16 black. I know one game with a seki significantly larger (38 white stones and 29 black) http://www.go4go.net/go/games/sgfview/32763 So I am pretty sure there are others in between. |
