If B gets more than 7 points out of this corner he will win the game. ( The outside is not given, but W lives there) It is the end of the tournament and B is waiting for Jasiek's pass to start with his well deserved Pilsen drinks. Then he is hit by a jaseki.

endposition W+5:

Question: after W1 is there a neinseki ?

Jaseki? Is that a term for a joseki originated by RJ?

What now? If white 'a' then black 'b'.

Edit:
I suppose it could result in a sending-2-returning-1/ko, which given the right ruleset and the existence of infinite unremovable ko threats elsewhere could cause problems. At least under Japanese rules, which I know best, there wouldn't be any problems for black.

Dusk Eagle beat me to it.
My idea was like this but his is more elegant perhaps. Basically Black's throw in at 4 in the game helps White and makes seki possible.

Yes, but at the end of the game!
I'd vote for a misstype, but if done by intention it would be a very cool term! :)

But after checking the komi it seems to result in jigo.
