Looking at some old papers I found a receipt for payment for this book. Has anything been produced?

Best wishes.

There was a notice that they had been delayed, but no more news since then.

The book is very close to finished. I've been very very busy, so I haven't kept track exactly, but there was a semi-final version ready for proof-reading recently, and I've seen a lot of comments back and forth over the email in the last week, dotting the i's and crossing the t's, so to speak. I think it's going to the printer next week or so.
