Is there a special way to hold and place single convex stones or do you just use the traditional middle finger over index finger technique? |

Same technique is normal, as far as I know. I've never seen anyone do differently. |

Same technique. The flat side "snaps" nicely on the board, and some people like to flip it over and have the convex side down for variations. |
