I have an idea to have games only with ai as new training method. For some time i will skip playing with humans. Additionaly will making tsumegos, analizing pro games and reading books.
Give a try to this method or it will not give me any progress? Im 1-2dan on KGS.

I think you should try any method if the current methods have stopped working for you.

a) Unless you are a dan level player, do not use and AI weakened to your strength to play even games against. Use and AI set about 3-4 stones stronger that your level and take 2-3 handicap stones. That way, the bot won't be making mistakes typical of your level and will be able to punish the mistakes you make typical of a player at your level. Thus you will learn. If you have the specific problem of opponents separating your stones, you can play games against a much stronger bot setting taking 6-9 handicap stones.

b) If you are a dan player, or close, you can try a bot set to be slightly stronger than you are, take black, and adjust komi. Fro example, against a slightly stronger than you bot setting, you could try black, bo komi.
