We have just had what may be the first mother-daughter official pro game: Kin vs Jo Bunen in the Women's Honinbo. Daughter won. I have not checked this one out, but from memory we have definitely had father-son, father-daughter, brother-brother and sister-sister, uncle-nephew, and some in-law games. I suspect there are other relationships but my brain is too tired to try to think of them. |

I knew about this game. I saw it announced in Jo Bunen's twitter, while celebrating Kin's birthday. Here's your present, mom, I hope you like it  Mother-daughter is a difficult combination to see. Probably the Cho-Kobayashi family will give us another one in the near future. |
