A new game from Miyazawa Goro just popped on on go4go.net. While it is common for me not to understand what is going on in a pro game, Goro's unpredictable moves are at a whole other level. Although he loses this game, it is a fun one to play out - enjoy: http://www.go4go.net/go/games/sgfview/31938 |

If using one word to describe Miyazawa's style, 'unpredictable' is probably the best one. I still remember the Chinese giving him a nickname of '怪刀手' (roughly translating to strange swordsman) when he played the Japan China SuperGo. And one of his book is called '常識破壊' (destroying common sense, my rough translation again). |
