The young players tournament to decide the final two spots finished yesterday.

The players for Japan are Yuki Satoshi, Cho U, Kono Rin, Anzai Nobuaki, and Yao Zhiteng.

October 22nd will be the start of the next Nongshim Cup.

As expected (or not : :-| ), Iyama cannot participate.

Seems a good chance for the 2 young players to gain experience. And also a chance for the 3 others (top 10 in Japan I believe) to "upgrade" their strength in international matches.

But with this team I think there is little hope to become a "dark horse", especially when China send out their 4 recent world champions.

He could play as the last member of the team, so he has time to complete his Meijin challenge,no?
