The young players tournament to decide the final two spots finished yesterday. http://www.nihonkiin.or.jp/news/2013/09/155.html The players for Japan are Yuki Satoshi, Cho U, Kono Rin, Anzai Nobuaki, and Yao Zhiteng. As expected (or not :  ), Iyama cannot participate.Seems a good chance for the 2 young players to gain experience. And also a chance for the 3 others (top 10 in Japan I believe) to "upgrade" their strength in international matches. But with this team I think there is little hope to become a "dark horse", especially when China send out their 4 recent world champions. |

He could play as the last member of the team, so he has time to complete his Meijin challenge,no? |
