Read some interesting commentaries on game two. In particular, Lee Jaeung 7-dan has commented on Fan Tingyu's very slow but solid style (like a tortoise), in contrast to several fast-paced players such as Lee Sedol. Just a few examples below: Many territory-oriented players would play 'a', but  is more solid and sente too. is an extremely calm and solid move, removing all aji of  and prepare for attacking the top white group later.Black did not rush to reduce the left side. Instead he played very solidly to secure big territory at the bottom side (37 points), allowing white to get the key point  . Even so, judging the global position, white needs to secure at least 60 points from his moyo to keep the balance, not an easy task.Still no rush, entered the moyo very slowly.  attempted to leave some aji in the corner, before reducing (again very moderately paced) at  I learned a lot from this game. |

Game 3: http://www.go4go.net/go/games/sgfview/37297 At the end of game 3, it is probably not very obvious for many fans why black had to resign. Here are a few diagrams I worked out. If black connects at ,  through  are all forcing moves. Then white can get a sente move at  turns to this side, using a squeeze to get  and  in sente, creating 1.5 eyes.  is a must, but white can play either 'a' or 'b' to secure a second eye.

I think that black's best response against 2 would be 14 but this make 4 sente for white which is quite a big gain for the endgame and eventually white would have won again. |

Several interesting moments of game 6: Black invested a move at  very early in the game at B61. He probably planned the following attack already. Black gained a lot of points in sente.White needed the points in the center to remain in the game.  and following are a brilliant sequence.After  white managed to control the center completely, a big success.Mok Jinseok 9-dan commented that white made a mistake by allowing black to make the exchange of / at move 222. The game was extremely close at that time. However with this exchange, when the dames are all played out (as we do in this diagram), white needs to fill one more point inside his territory. Otherwise, is what I worked out the best move the exploit the aji.  has to keep an eye to avoid seki. But is good, white cannot play 'a' to destroy black's eye because of weakness at 'b'. Please verify this.Finally (B233) is another good yose. After gaining  and in sente, white again needs to fill one point inside if all dame moves are played out (otherwise black has 'a'). The two one-point gains in yose stage were enough to give black the victory. |

I think you have a typo in there somewhere--you're listing Yuki Satoshi as left for Japan, but then you have him as the last remaining player. |
