I am provably the worst person at this, but if I had to guess, I'd say
low dan. I'd say 1d just to have a specific number.

I think they are better than me. There weren't any shocking moves though. So maybe 3-6d.

By browsing quickly through the game, to me it has the feel of amateur dan player's game.

they strike me as mid-high dans, but I wouldn't be surprised if it were a pro game either.

Some good moves, some bad moves. But not too weak.

I guess...not stronger than 1d, not weaker than 4k.

Hmmmm they know some cool josekis, I think up to move 50 or something the opening was flawless.
In the middle game there are some moves that I dont understand, which does either mean they are 2-3dan or they are pro...
f.e. I don't know if it is really bigger to play endgame firstline hane moves rather than deter black from playing F12 which looks really big to me.

To say something different than anybody I'll go with some chinese pro because of the 7.5 komi.

move #40 really bothered my eye. it must be an overplay. also 41 should have attacked that invasion (although he can solidify the corner..i would have attacked the invasion because it follows the rhythm of invasion) i will give you more later..i gotta go now.


edit:
move 49: i dont think any strong dan will play such weak move..


edit:
55 is wrong. E18 seems like better move than that.. too many moves that are kyuish....
