I haven't been playing much real-time online games recently, and I want to do a bit more of that. Also, my internet here is quite terrible, so I don't want to play pubbies on KGS, as I'll dc a good deal and KGS policies for that are not something I want to deal with (i.e. once I dc I'm unlikely to resume the game without tracking down my opponent). I'm looking for some people 1-3d willing to play a couple of serious-ish games (the ish is because I prefer to play at uptempo time limits) on KGS. |

I'm in, no time limits, with possibility to adjourn game at any time, 1h sessions three times in a week, I think it would be good enough to play slow, plan ahead and read deep. I'm from Poland / Central Europe time zone (+1 GMT) so the only concern is at what time you could play. |

I'm also interested in your offer, although I'm not sure how fast you're planning on playing (uptempo afaik means a quite fast rhythm), but as long as it's not blitz (which i have no interest in) it shouldn't be a big issue for me. I Haven't played much on KGS lately so it would be a good opportunity for me to use it more instead of just kibitzing there ^^"! And like the brain destroyer before me my time zone is GMT+1, and I'm usually available the whole day! |

I usually prefer to play with a low main time but long byo-yomi. Something like 5 minutes main time with 5 x 40 seconds is usually something I prefer. I'd be willing to try a no time limit game with lobotommy, but it's not something I usually do. For the next two weeks I'm for all intents and purposes free 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. I'm in my summer break, and my summer job(s) don't start for over two weeks. EDIT: 5+5x40 may be too little for this, but I am interested in having enough time pressure to finish the game(s) in at most two hours. I can get practice without time pressure playing on OGS/DGS. |

You'll easily achieve under 2hours for a game with even higher time settings, usually with 15min + 3x30 a game (that reaches yose) doesn't go beyond the hour mark for me. Anyway, if you ever wanna play a game u can buzz me when u see me online =)! |

I prefer to minimize main time, as I like the game to have a semiregular tempo (I'd rather not have 15 minutes main time then have someone spend 10 minutes on a single move). I tend not to hang out much on KGS due to my internet here dc-ing pseudorandomly, which takes any fun out of watching KGS games and any point out of idling there. |

I had a good game with lobotommy today. I'm still looking for opponents, as the way my internet currently is, I need a very understanding opponent as I disconnect every 5 moves it seems ... |

Oh, yeah, I'm actually super-keen to play. Any time this weekend good for you? Otherwise I'm potentially free most times I'm not at work. However, I like 25 minute main time and have the bad habit of using all my time by the end of the game. And apparently escaping correspondence games. |

Cool, According to Wolfram alpha, in New Zealand time i'll be able to play any time 3pm or before. I'm ok with doing longer main time if my opponent prefers it. |

I don't mind playing as long as it isn't too slow |

Cool. Don't worry about it being too slow. These games i've been going with no time limit due to me having issues with my ISP, but my most comfortable time setting is something like 5+5x40. PM me with any times that are good for you to play, conversion to US CDT is appreciated but not necessary. |

At the bottom left of the posts, there's a PM button. What days does that time work for? Because it's already passed for today ... I also usually prefer setting a definite time a good bit in advance, as I tend not to hang out on KGS that much anymore. |
