for 28a, I read F18 d17 g18; or else f18 g18 d17 e18 c18; if f18 e18, then g18 h17 c18 (actually, I thought g18 gained a liberty, but that seems to be wrong, so b might be a point better with c18 g18 d17); f18 h17 lets b put black in double atari; any other response to f18 by w seems to give b an Atari with e18
