I think Cho U also has a book with them, but I'd bet they overlap. Fukui Masaaki has a great book with 5x5 tsumego (I have talked about it on my journal here in L19)

 Good luck on finding Masaaki's book... I was extremely lucky in that a friend (well, the brother of a friend, but the collection was my friend's, I know, weird) was selling his whole go book collection and this was among them. Even then, I was lucky in that my friend mentioned it in a casual chat (while talking about 9x9 go and,) since it wasn't initially in the go book sale. I got it for 8€ (incredibly cheap at that!) and I can't really explain how much I like these little problems.

So i think there is not much chance to get 5x5 problems or 4x4 problems other the ones in the Cho U app... i'm able to download japanese kindle books but for this 5x5 book (the point is there are only as "used" on amazon.jp) nobody is offering international shipping ( i guess for new books, this will not be a problem).

Anybody any second idea?

Would love to have some more 4x4 or some 5x5 problems to use for the "solve in mind technique" explained by John Fairbarn (if you not have heard of this: you visualize the problem to solve it just without looking at a board or page etc.)

With training, you can memorise more "complex" problems. Small corner situations like what you can find in most go books can be memorised like this.

I have been checking with google (searching for 囲碁特訓五×五 五道盤上達法) but it seems to be out of print everywhere. A real pity.

this got me interested in playing with the 3x4 problems on SL, but the programs I have don't support non-square boards. What software supports a 3x4 board?

GoWrite supports any size, as well as Cgoban. IIRC, though.

Thanks. I couldn't figure out how to make Cgoban use 3x4 board, but GoWrite works.

I knew I checked several options while preparing badges for the tsumego competition winners for the NGA (they will have a 4x4 problem in them) and one of these two worked, but didn't remember which (since I needed graphics I eventually used jgoboard just to have the image)

You need to look for the listings in used books where they do ship to overseas. There is currently one copy of that book available which does ship overseas. But you have to consider whether you are willing to pay the price and the overseas shipping.
