The gentleman who wrote Gobabdroid was kind enough to e-mail me copies of the app and the Gnugo engine. It works perfectly (thus far) on my Fire. Anyone interested in getting a copy just PM me and I'll send you one so we don't have to keep pestering the poor programmer.
