Well, Nintendo's over 100 years old and I think they started out making playing cards. |

Not only Hanafuda playing cards, they move to other kinds of traditional games Go, Shogi, Kaurta... (that's why the still sell boards) In fact my board is a Nintendo one (二つ折 新桂 5号 - Folding model Shin-katsura no. 5) and some stones (プラスチック碁石 椿 - Plastic stones Camellia)... but I didn't find the bowls that time. This are quite common, good quality and cheap in Japan, I get mines in a Yotsubashi Camera shop for 2000 yens (20€) each. |
