SchlowGo, the Schlow Library Go Club, will be meeting every Sunday from 1:45pm to 4:45pm in the Sun Room at Schlow Library in State College (S Allen St at Beaver Ave).
These hours are effective between January 8 2012 and May 20 2012.

All people interested in playing or learning to play Go are welcome, as are those who are merely curious.
Youth players are welcome, but younger children (under 12) should be accompanied by an adult (preferably one who is also interested in Go).

We do have some equipment, but feel free to bring a portable kit if you have one.

The club is entering its third year, and is looking forward to growing both in attendance and scope during the coming year.

We regularly have 6 to 8 attendeees per meeting, and would like to see that number grow.
Our regular players range from beginners (high kyu) to reasonably skilled (1 Dan) with a small cluster in the middle (10 Kyu to 8 Kyu).

Schlow has kits available for in library use (ask at the reference desk) as well as a small collection of go books (dewey decimal 794.4) available for lending.

If you are in State College on a Sunday, and would like a game, or to meet other players, please stop by at the Library and introduce yourself! We look forward to meeting you.
