Same for me: Playing a stone makes no sound. I appreciate this chrome extension very much, it's a great jgs client! A pitty, that such bugs are not fixed. |

Just played my first game with GoUniverse after stone sound is back and lost it on time. I was trying to click my move, but it was just not accepting the click. Tried to click for around 5 seconds, but it would just show the shadow of my stone and not place it. I remember that I once had this problem with GoUniverse in the past and at that time I restarted Chrome. Did anyone experience that also? It might just be a KGS lag issue, not sure ... |

To be sure if is it KGS lag or not, next time try to request anyone info or try to write something in the chat. If everything is ok, but you still can't place a stone, then try to close the gameroom with your match and reconnect to it. Also press F12 and if you will see any errors in the log pm me here or on github (in any case if something is going wrong press f12 and check for errors). Thanks in advance. I've played a few quick games with bots with the new version of GoU and everything was fine. |

I thought to give GoUniverse a try and installed the Chrome extension, but then ... what's supposed to happen? There's no extension icon showing up at the top right and I have no way to access any new KGS interface via Chrome or going to gokgs.com. How do I even start up this client?

GoUniverse extension has a very subtle icon which should show up on the right of the browser's address bar. Maybe you overlooked it? It definitely happend to me before as well  It should definitely show up there and if you click on it, you are forwarded to the login page.

You need to activate/pin it. To the right of the address bar, there is a row of icons. One of those looks like a little puzzle piece. It should open a little popup with a list of your extensions. To the side of each, there is a pin symbol. Activate the one of GoUniverse. Then its icon (resembling a moon sickle) should appear in the symbol row. Clicking it should take you to the login form. |

Did you manage to run the extension? If the problem still exists. Go to the extensions page chrome://extensions/ and check if the extension is enabled. If everything is OK, then in the drop-down list of all extensions you will see GoUniverse |

I think there's something weird going on with the extension or my browser. I can see the moon icon, but only when in the process of installing or removing the extension. Once installed, GoUniverse promptly removes itself from the row of extension icons and I can't find any way to interact with it. When checking chrome://extensions/, it's listed there and active. Turning the on/off switch doesn't do anything. Might be an issue on my end or perhaps a conflict with another extension? |

Hello, First of all, thanks for this very good kgs client. Yet, I found 2 bugs: - It is often (but not always) impossible to load a game to a room which has accentuated characters. Examples: Go go gadgéto moyo, Salle française. The game fails to load: it is only an empty window. After it, the app is unresponsive so the only solution is to close it and reopen it. - Someone in the censor list can still open a private chat. The first bug is particularly painful.
