I don't really see a way to win from here, so I resign.

Thanks for the game.

My general feeling is that I didn't get enough out of attacking the shoulder hit and didn't play very effectively in the endgame.

Looking over the comments, it seems that messing up the top left corner and missing Q14 were the things that lost the game.

EDIT: modified for clarity.

I'll make an .sgf file with my thoughts over the game. I think I got a reasonable advantage towards the end of the fuseki, which I threw away with the shoulder hit. I think your continuation there was much more effective than I'd realised, and you had, if anything, a slight lead at the end of that sequence plus your followups in the lower left.

The losses came mainly through the endgame play. You lost a few points with your endgame in the two lower corners, and the slide in the top left that you then tenukied to let me hane over the top was really costly.

The shape point in the lower left corner is probably would made things easiest for me to get a good fuseki result, that hurt you pretty badly I think.

I'll write up some thoughts and post it anyway :)

Many thanks for the game!

I definitely remember thinking about the shape move, but I wanted to be able to play on the bottom so that you couldn't sacrifice the corner to make the black wall useless and heavy, because it was high without a base, and the corner was open.
