Ah-hah, an attachment. I'm going to hane, but choose from above because there's a little more space up there, so I'd rather defend from that direction. There's other options, to be sure, but I don't mind fighting in this way. |

Exciting! Don't have time for a long post but I don't want to hold up the game. |

Here it gets a little fuzzy. I can Atari in different ways, and my first instinct was from the bottom, with the aim of accepting a sacrifice in the side (16) in exchange for some solidness in the center. I'd be aiming to Atari the 17 stone after that, though, so I think I'm going to just do that first since an extension of 15 while playing that out doesn't benefit me. How this is going to go isn't super sure, though, since my powers of visualization are not good and giving out after 5 or so moves. |

As expected. I'm going to Atari from this side, and I'm reasonably certain I can get a decent outcome in the aftermath. I need to work on my visualization skills to read more than four or five moves ahead, though... |

I underestimated the strength of the double-hane for black here:
I was thinking of the squeeze like I showed a few moves back, but black doesn't have to squeeze, black can connect:
Now the fight looks complex, and not great for me.
The only alternative I see is to descend first, then jump:
Black might just remove the aji right away, I'd have to find some cool shape move:
Or black can fight me and I have to try to find enough liberties to pull the stone out again:
Either way it looks like just descending is better. |

In my opinion, the squeeze option was bad :
After this, I don't really see what white had achieved. White group is heavy, while black is solid. |

Buying some liberties to attack the B9 group. |

Much depends on black's next move... |

Ahaha, once again, I got bogged down in the local fight and didn't think about the big picture. I'm going to think about this some... |

So those three stones are potentially in trouble, but ignoring feels wrong, and I'm having trouble reading, so we're going with this. If I can get it, I'll take still going after the B9 group... but we'll see. |

Sorry I thought "Hmm I should think about this" and then forgot about it. I'd like to keep up with one move a day if possible, but I haven't been playing that way so far... Only move? I am banking on black needing to capture my single stone at some point. |

I'm still concerned about those three stones there, but I also don't want to let him out into the center. I'm going to prioritize that, and come back to those stones if he attacks them. |

Maybe white should take them like this(?):
trying to save them seems dangerous for black to me:
looks messy, seems hard to keep everything for b. Edit: Why dont my diagrams work? |

I think black will respond, then I will pull out the single white stone. |

I'm still worried about those three stones, but I'm going to still prioritize the center. |

Without much in the calculation of variations, looks dubious to me. After White has strengthened Black's wall for nothing. Continuing at "a" is no real threat, because of Black's reply at "b". If White is going to play at "a", wouldn't it be better to do so right away? White might be able to sacrifice the stone at "a" to escape into the center. OC, White plans to extend to "c" next, but, again, why strengthen Black before doing so? Also, if White omits 29 there is the possibility, probably remote, that White could get in a play at "d" and then play the hane at 30, either after a play at "e" or threatening that cut. |
