This fixes any problems I might have had in the future for this group(after ignoring 18). In addition it strengthens my last move by putting pressure on the pincering stone. |

I tried out a lot of different moves here. It seems a difficult situation to not hurt myself. "D" seems to lead to a large corner, but giving up my pincer stone. "a" seems too passive and will be sure to make my pincer stone a target of attack. "C" led to some very favorable variations, and also some really bad ones. I can't exactly plan on my opponent making a misread because we have so much time to think. I have been trying to find a variation that makes the peep at "f" severe, but I have yet to find one. I feel as if the game is getting out of my control. Starting with my block at E6, I feel like I have been one step behind. Maybe that is how W is supposed to be since she always is one move behind.
The Response I expect
It seems to me that L4 has good fighting potential in this position. It looks isolated, but B is thinner than he seems (I think). "A" and "B" are possible follow up moves |

Whites marked stone seems like it is a special tactic for a very specific strategy. Unfortunately I can't for the life of me figure out what it might be! I decided to just approach from the other side. I like this move because white would probably like to play at 'a', but then his marked stone is just inefficient. And if he pincers and I go into the corner it will also look somewhat silly. But since I have no clue what white 21 does, I can't really talk about its merits or problems. |

Twitchy Go, I see my mistake, but the current move is 23. Black is always odd in an even game For the life of me I can't predict what he will play at all. Twitch is like the king of tenuki. That being said, this seems like a difficult move to respond to. I am considering a and b. I am not sure how I would respond if he does not respond to b with c. If he does, I will immediately play a. I will play through many variations and post my move later.

This last move seems like a mistake to me. It isn't even in the list of moves I considered might be played. I am fine letting him have a little bit of life in the corner if it means that I can destroy all potential for B on the right side. Here are two possible variations:
B is contained in the corner. If W attaches at "A", she can block at "b" in sente.
Leads to a fight that looks like it is W's favor to me. |

I can't hane above or I'll get cut right off. And ignoring the attachment to take the 3-3 feels weird to me. |

I'm not sure if black can play it right now, but I've been eyeing q6 to attack white's shape for a while now. |

I think the corners fine. So I'm taking a big point and threatening to invade his top shape. |

Moves I am considering.
I really wan't to play "d", but I have a feeling I should get something sente before I take it. |

I might have made a horrible mistake with the tenuki, but since neither of my stones can survive alone this is the only move that would start to live locally. |

I threatened to invade here earlier and he didn't respond. That hurts. And I'm glad it was not a killing sequence in the corner, that could have ended the game. |
