Second game of this review series.
This one was my first game on KGS. I played an 11kyu player. On KGS I have no ranking yet, but I feel I'm an okay 15 kyu player. Maybe a stronger 16-17 kyu player? Too early to tell, though. Anyway, I'm not 11 kyu.

Today I'm not very happy about my game. I started out well, not too gentleman-y and I got out of the opening with a slight edge, I believe. But than I fall into the same traps as ever and a group of mine gets totally destroyed. The one-eyed fool remains blind for now. I hope that these things will only better with time. But then again, against an 11kyu player, who points out these weaknesses to me, it's a lot better than if I played a weaker player who didn't take advantage and "let" me win despite leaving weaknesses. So I'm happy about that.

I'm mostly disappointed in the result. It happens often in my games and I don't know why. I have these miracle re-births and win games after they've been long lost. Is it because I keep playing and my opponent gets bored or something? I'm not sure. Once again, I get away with a win I hardly deserved, but that doesn' really matter here. In my heart I know I lost the middle game with some weak play and that's what I'm gonna focus on.

Help required
If someone could help me find something out, I'd appreciate it. At two moments, after my group is half dead, Leela finds two moves to do something with it. I don't know if it saves it, or exchanges it, or what. Can someone find me follow up on Leela's move?

I talk about '2' at move 72. Leela says play there instead of 73.
The other one is '2' at move 86. Play there instead of 87.

Where do these moves lead to?

Thanks!

Both moves dont work. Leela is a bot that is partly based on randomness. It knows, that you are lost once those stones get taken off, so it wants to try "tricks", hoping your opponent messes up. They are not really tricks though, since its quite hard to mess up there. I would not play these moves.

Nevertheless, you are giving a perfect example what kind of mess up they would be hoping for in your variation for '2' at 87: after 100 suddenly white 7 stones are captured  . Still you continue the variation as if they werent (of course black should take them 117 at the latest). Instead, 98 at e6 would be a ladder, so white does not at all have to let this happen.
Also black shouldnt push in at g3 before this achieves something, since it loses a precious liberty!

Thanks. Yeah my variations can be a bit strange :)
Nice to know about Leela. I already felt her moves were somewhat strange once one side is too far behind.

For everyone (or any one :D ) interested in these series, a small update:
A little setback at home with my boiler broken. So plans change.
Anyway, I hope/expect to do my third review for this series Friday. That way I still have plenty of time to make it to 10 reviews before 16th of April.
