According to
Winning Go by Bozulich and Shotwell, the idea behind H17, your move 15, is to give up the corner in exchange for outside thickness. The joseki move for 17 is e17 and if white plays then e16 it's probably helpful to know the joseki.

The problem is, whatever outside thickness you would get facing east and/or south, would be facing a white stone and not a black one. Seems to me like the wrong choice.
As to move 67, the question is: how to use thickness to attack? The top right seems like a target, but how to use the attack properly... I'd like to hear ideas about this position too.
