Your whole game from 25 onward looked like a daredevil trying to see how long he could play without making safe connections. :o

9: Black seems overconcentrated now. I'd recommend Q14. It is an obscure joseki, but probably works here.

11: Better at 'a'? The difference is so small that I wouldn't worry about it until you are pushing dan level.

25: You have to play 'e' or 'f' or the hanging connection between them. Make your groups strong first, then play elsewhere.

27: Invading feels premature. In the course of your invasion, he plays D5. This one liberty could cost you if he cuts at F6.

39: Play the tesuji at B5. He has to fill, then you play B7. You still finish with sente because he has inadequate eyeshape.
( If you play to get eye space on both sides, you may be able to ignore the 'e' and 'f' cuts. But it is a risky way to play, and likely to lead to bad habits. )

43: The Wilcox quote may be out of context. I'd say that surrounding is a good long term goal, but depriving him of easy eye space is also a reasonable goal. Take territory with H17. Let him worry about where he gets eyes.

59: This is aji-keshi. He is alive, so tenuki to something better. (Maybe play D18 first.) But you have weak spots all over: K15, G14, F6, G5, C14. Play one of them.

63: G14 is important here. And due to his interior shape, it may be sente, threatening G17.

64-68: You are getting away with dubious moves here because your opponent does not know how to refute them.

Your main problems were tactical.
