Hi, This is a game of the preliminary round of the french team championship. I play with white and this became a fighting game very early. My opponent don't have a regular account in kgs and he's maybe stronger than me. Thanks for advice

At move 14: D12 is light and B17 is huge. Joseki for him was B17 at move 13, so when he misses it, you should grab it in sente.
E14 does almost nothing for you. It forces him to become stronger.

Overall opinion: you appear to start groups with little thought about where they are going to get eyes.

:w14:: I agree with Joaz B.

:w18:: aji keshi! I think it's best to play B17 first, to kill black's eye-shape. If he then connects at C16, then you can play your :w18: as a forcing move. After playing :w18: first, I don't think B17 will be your sente any more. This is a huge loss, because it means you have no way to destroy your opponent's base in sente so black is quite a bit stronger than he should have been.

:w30: and :w32:: feels too slow. Perhaps better just connect at F12 with :w30:?

:w34:: big overplay. Black is now clearly better off.

:w46: says "OK, let's abandon those stones for now", which is all right (even though I think the high approach move would be better). Of course, black then solidifies his capture. But then with :w48: you walk right out! That is not a logical sequence, and it is overplay. Black is too strong here for you to walk out. Once you decide to abandon those stones, stick to your plan. How about L9 instead of :w46:? Feels much better to me.

:w50:: BIG overplay! Why would you rescue this one stone? It's useless!

:w62:: doesn't work, now you should die - end of comments.

Summary:
This was a tough game for white. :w18: and :w32: put you behind in the opening, and the overplay of :w34: made the position even tougher. Moves like :w48: and :w50: should be eradicated from your game - stones like that should not be defended, and trying to hang on to them was the final straw that lost you the game.

By the way: you could still live by playing J7, black didn't really kill you! But also that would not be enough to win the game...

Also: you have one hour plus byo-yomi, you know? It is not forbidden to use it ;)

Thanks for answers. Indeed after my bad opening I felt very hopeless. After viewing this game calmly, I tried too much to save heavy groups.
